Arduino EK Wifi Starter Kit

The Arduino UNO EK R4 WiFi Starter Kit is a versatile beginner-friendly package crafted for electronics prototyping, IoT and embedded applications. At its core is the UNO EK R4 board, which combines a 32-bit Renesas R7FA4M1AB3CFM microcontroller with an ESP32-S3 module for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, alongside a 12×8 programmable LED matrix.

It boasts 256 kB flash, 32 kB SRAM, 8 kB EEPROM, a 14-bit ADC, DAC channels and CAN bus interface. Code uploads in seconds over USB-C, while onboard regulators accept 6–24 V inputs.

The kit includes a 400-tie-point solderless breadboard, 220 ? resistor, active buzzer, DHT11 humidity/temperature sensor, male jumper wires and five 5 mm LEDs (red, green, blue, white and yellow).

Original Arduino UNO EK R4 WiFi

The board merges a Renesas R7FA4M1AB3CFM (Cortex-M4F) MCU with an ESP32-S3 module for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. It features a 12×8 RGB LED matrix, 256 kB flash memory, 32 kB SRAM, 8 kB EEPROM and standard digital/analog headers.

220-ohm Resistor

A ¼ W carbon-film resistor with 220 ? resistance and ±5% tolerance, perfect for limiting current to LEDs, sensors or buzzers. Axial leads fit snugly into solderless breadboards for quick circuit prototyping and testing.

Type-C USB Cable (1 m)

Durable 1 m USB-C to USB-A cable delivers 5 V/3 A power and high-speed data transfer. Nylon-braided jacket resists kinks and wear, ensuring reliable connection between your computer and Arduino board.

Active Buzzer Module (3.3–5 V)

Compact piezo buzzer with built-in driver, operating from 3.3 V to 5 V logic levels. Mountable PCB module includes transistor switch and resistor, enabling direct GPIO control for alarms, tones and notifications.
